We deliver ONLY to Mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland and excluding all and any islands.
Delivery charges are added automatically and will vary depending on the size of order place. Delivery charges will be showing in the basket prior to checkout. Delivery surcharges can apply for areas that are considered to be a remote area or are deemed to be less accessible. Collection is available at no additional charge.
Delivery hours are between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, time slots for delivery cannot be given.
Delivery of orders can be made in multiple batches and by different couriers based on the goods purchased and the availability of those goods. The Plastic Centre can use third party couriers to deliver goods therefore delivery lead times could vary depending on the courier used. The Plastic Centre aim to deliver within 3 – 5 working days, subject to stock availability. In exceptional circumstances, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Should this happen, The Plastic Centre will inform the customer and they will then have the opportunity to either accept the delivery lead time or cancel the order.
The Plastic Centre will make every effort possible to follow delivery instructions as requested however this may not always be possible. Please ensure there is always someone available to accept delivery on the date specified.
The Plastic Centre will make every reasonable effort to deliver on an agreed date but cannot specify a delivery time. The Plastic Centre shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other third party arising directly or indirectly as a result of any failure to meet a delivery date.
The risk of goods shall pass from The Plastic Centre to the customer upon delivery of goods to the specified delivery address on the order.
Any deliveries to a third party location are delivered at the risk of the customer and The Plastic Centre shall not be liable for damaged goods or loss of goods.
Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product will need to be returned in full and in a re-sellable condition in the original packaging provided. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking charge depending on the reason for the return. Items made to order or bespoke items may not be eligible for returns.
Returns will be at the expense of the customer and if the returns are accepted by The Plastic Centre then only the cost of the goods returned will be refunded or a credit note issued. The Plastic Centre will not refund delivery charges.
The Plastic Centre can arrange for returns to be collected but this will be at the expense of the customer.
If the return is due to missing, faulty or damaged goods, then The Plastic Centre can either arrange for replacement goods to be provided or a refund/credit note can be processed. The customer should make The Plastic Centre aware of any shortages or damages within 3 days of delivery or replacements or refunds may not be processed.
The Plastic Centre will also refund delivery charges due to damaged goods if the customer does not wish for replacements to be provided.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled at no cost should they not have been shipped at the time of cancellation. If the order has already been delivered or is in the process of being delivered then the above returns procedure shall apply. Delivery charges will not be refunded, the goods may be subject to a re-stocking charge and the customer will return the goods at their expense.

Force Majeure
The Plastic Centre shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods or any delay in delivering goods ordered by a customer or for any damages or defects to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control
