Received incorrect/damaged product?

Have received the wrong product, not happy with your purchase or the product is damaged on arrival?  Please can you email us on online@plasticcentre.co.uk  informing us of the issue with the product and you, as the consumer, are responsible for any shipping costs for the products to be returned. You have to notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and once we have received your products, we will issue a refund.

How long is the guarantee on the Wall Panel products?

There is a 10-year guarantee on the wall panel products, this is subject to installation.

Can I order online?

Yes, you can order online or via the telephone 0121 227 5093, our staff are all high trained and available throughout the day to help give assistance and process orders.

Can I collect from my local branch?

Yes, at checkout please select “Branch Collection” and you will be able to collect from your local branch. An email will be sent to you once your items are ready for collection, please don’t visit the collection location before receiving the email as your products may not be ready.

Require quote or trade prices?

My delivery has not arrived?

We use multiple couriers and own transport to deliver your products, usually delivery would take around 2 – 3 working days subject to stock availability. If it is longer than this please get in touch.

Where do we deliver to?

We delivery to mainland UK, however Scotland and Northern Ireland maybe subject to a surcharge based on customers location.
