Yes — every branch operates a trade counter open to both trade and retail customers. No appointment required. Trade-account customers receive discounted pricing automatically; retail customers pay our standard published prices.
Can I order online and collect from any branch?
Yes — Click & Collect is free from any of the 21 branches. Place your order online, choose your collection branch at checkout, and you’ll be notified when the order is ready (usually same day for in-stock items, 24–72 hours for special orders).
Does my local branch deliver to site?
Most branches offer local delivery to trade and site addresses within their catchment area. Distances and minimum order values vary — contact your nearest branch directly to confirm. For nationwide delivery (paid or free over £150), use our standard delivery service.
Can I open a trade account at any branch?
Yes. Trade accounts can be opened at any branch or online. Once approved, the account works across all 21 branches — you can order online, by phone or in person at any location.
Where do I go for a specific product I can’t see in store?
Every branch carries our full catalogue range. If a specific item isn’t on the shelf, the branch can order it in — usually within 24–72 hours. Speak to the trade counter or call ahead to reserve.
Can I bring a vehicle for collection?
Yes — every branch has dedicated trade counter parking and forklift loading for larger items. Long lengths of guttering, fascia and downpipe (up to 6m) can be loaded onto a roof rack or van. Bring straps and protective covers as appropriate.
Are branches accessible outside opening hours?
Standard opening hours are Mon–Fri 7:30am–5pm. For collection outside these hours, contact the branch in advance — some branches accommodate early or late collection by arrangement for trade-account customers.
