Terms of Service

These terms govern use of plasticcentre.co.uk and purchases from The Plastic Centre. The Plastic Centre is a trading name of The Plastic Centre Limited, company number 16800691, VAT number GB 511 5614 26.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm dispatch or collection. If an item is unavailable or has been clearly mispriced, we will contact you before processing or cancel and refund any payment taken.

Pricing and payment

Product prices can be viewed inclusive or exclusive of VAT. The basket and checkout identify VAT and delivery charges before payment. Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Products

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, dimensions, colours, availability and images accurate. Colours and appearance can vary slightly by screen or manufacturing batch. Contact us before ordering if exact compatibility, colour or specification is critical.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Refund and Return Policy form part of these terms. Consumers retain all statutory rights, including applicable cancellation and remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Trade customers

Purchases made wholly for business purposes may also be subject to agreed trade-account or quotation terms. Statutory consumer cancellation provisions do not apply to B2B purchases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
