Delivery

Current delivery, Click & Collect and damaged-goods guidance for Plastic Centre online orders.

England and Wales delivery is £12.50 ex VAT (£15 inc VAT) on orders under £150 inc VAT, and free from £150 inc VAT. Mainland Scotland is £25 ex VAT (£30 inc VAT) on every order, regardless of value.

£30 inc VAT Scotland

£25 ex VAT on every mainland Scotland order, with no free-delivery threshold.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery charges are calculated from the basket value excluding VAT and are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery charges

  • England and Wales — orders under £150 inc VAT: £12.50 ex VAT (£15 inc VAT).
  • England and Wales — orders of £150 inc VAT or more: free standard delivery.
  • Mainland Scotland — every order: £25 ex VAT (£30 inc VAT), regardless of order value. The England and Wales free-delivery threshold does not apply.
  • Click & Collect: free from any Plastic Centre branch, with no minimum order.

Where we deliver

We deliver online orders to England, Wales and mainland Scotland. We do not currently deliver online orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Scottish island addresses.

Lead times

Orders are normally processed on the same or next working day. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days, subject to stock and route availability. If an exceptional delay is expected, we will contact you and offer the choice to accept the revised date or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery arrangements

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, normally between 9am and 5pm. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed. Orders may arrive in more than one delivery depending on item size, courier and stock location. Standard pallet deliveries are kerbside.

Damaged or missing items

Please photograph any visible damage on the day of delivery and email online@plasticcentre.co.uk with your order number. Where possible, contact us within 3 days so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit your statutory rights. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
