Delivery
Current delivery, Click & Collect and damaged-goods guidance for Plastic Centre online orders.
Delivery is currently £15 for qualifying UK mainland orders, with free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £150. You can also choose free Click & Collect from your local Plastic Centre branch.

Important: We deliver to UK mainland only. We do not currently deliver online orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Scottish island addresses. Any available remote-area surcharge is shown before checkout.
Delivery options

Click & Collect: collect from any of our 21 UK branches for free. No minimum order value applies to collection.
Long and bulky items: guttering, fascia, soffits, cladding, soil pipe and drainage may be delivered by our own network or pallet courier depending on the order.
Where we deliver
We deliver online orders to England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Charges are calculated at checkout and remote mainland surcharges may apply.
Click & Collect is available from any of our 21 UK branches, with no delivery charge and no minimum order.
We do not currently deliver online orders to BT, JE, GY, IM, Hebrides, Orkney or Shetland addresses.
For narrow lanes, restricted access, low bridges, no forklift or site-specific delivery needs, contact us before ordering.
Lead times and processing
Orders are processed same day or next working day from receipt. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, subject to stock availability.
In rare cases delivery can take up to 4 weeks. If this happens, we will contact you and you can accept the lead time or cancel at no charge.
Orders can arrive in more than one delivery depending on item size, courier and stock location. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
Couriers and long items
We use our own delivery network as the primary carrier across most UK mainland areas, with DX as our backup carrier for areas outside our direct coverage and for overflow capacity. The carrier is selected automatically based on the items, postcode and capacity at dispatch.
- Guttering and downpipes: up to 6m lengths, palletised for sites or cut down where suitable.
- Fascia and soffit boards: up to 5m lengths, usually palletised.
- Cladding boards: up to 5m lengths.
- Soil pipe and underground drainage: up to 6m, usually palletised.
Click & Collect
Order online, choose your preferred branch at checkout and collect during branch opening hours. We will notify you by email when the order is ready.
Collection is free with no minimum order. It is usually same day for in-stock items, or 24-72 hours for special orders and branch transfers. Orders are held for 14 days from notification. Photo ID may be requested for first-time collections.
Receiving your delivery
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery on the agreed date. We cannot specify a delivery time. Standard pallet deliveries are kerbside; the driver will lower the pallet to the nearest accessible kerb and cannot carry items inside, enter private property or carry to upper floors.
Risk of goods passes from The Plastic Centre to the customer upon delivery. Deliveries to a third-party location are at the customer's risk; we cannot be liable for damaged or lost goods at a third-party address.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, with shortages or with the wrong item, please sign as damaged or unchecked if you cannot fully inspect at the point of delivery.
- Photograph everything on the day of delivery, including packaging, labels and damage.
- Email online@plasticcentre.co.uk within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a short description.
- We will respond within 1 working day with the next step, usually a replacement, return collection or refund for the affected items.

Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order before dispatch at no charge. Call 0121 227 5093 or email online@plasticcentre.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the standard returns process applies.
Force majeure
The Plastic Centre shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivering goods, or for damage or defects to goods delivered, that are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
